As a certified independent travel advisor, many times hotel nights and group transportation services are commissionable directly to me and come at no cost to you. Should you select accommodations and/or transportation services at a non-commissionable rate, you will be billed at 13% of the total base cost of room nights and transportation services.

From a curated list of area activities for guests to enjoy on their own to organized small to medium-sized group outings, this service will ensure guests from away experience a true sense of place in the location you’ve chosen to host your event.

Pricing is variable and based on request.

“Pre-planning” begins at the 60 day mark prior to your event. We will review all event details together and identify and address any gaps in planning. From there, I will build your event timeline and take over communication with all vendors. I will ensure everyone understands expectations and has the information they need to execute. I will be available for 8 hours on the day prior to the event and present for 8 hours on the day of the event. During this time I will serve as the main point of contact so you can fully immerse in the experience.
